Isječci/Fragments

Nov 15

Isječci / Fragments is a full-length contemporary dance performance by authors and performers Lucija Zalović and Vana De Pol, developed within the Split TASK project. The work emerges from a research process that began in 2022.

The core concept explores the encounter of two dancing bodies and minds sharing the same space while holding different perspectives and approaches. Through attraction and resistance, the performance develops modes of communication and collaboration shaped by contrast, play, and relationship. The piece unfolds on two parallel levels – physical and relational – creating a layered structure of contact, mirroring, support, and divergence. It functions as an ongoing inquiry into the relationship between performers, process, and audience.
